The big difference in this
reel is the mag control system. Designed and manufactured in the UK, the
new side plate sports a ratcheted wheel that controls a new magnet
carrier. This gives an increased range of travel, resulting in a much
more refined and ‘tuneable’ braking system. We’ve even replaced the
original bearings with ABEC 5 Ceramic hybrid bearings for top-level
performance. The sheer cranking power housed in this tiny reel is
unbelievable, and if you need to cast a bait over the 200-yard mark to
reach fish on shallow ground, then you only have to ask this reel and it
